I have alot of experience with children of all ages and used to be a live-in nanny to two school-age girls and helped them with their schoolwork often. I also like to lead study groups at my college and help my peers that are not as versed in science and chemistry. I just enjoy learning and teaching and the entire process. It doesn't have to be boring or frustrating. I am very patient and kind. I want to make the information interesting and easier for a student to digest because I have read enough textbooks to know that it doesn't always sound appealing coming right out of the book. Currently I am full-filling my dream of becoming a Marine Biologist with emphasis in Fisheries Biology and Ecology. I love to travel to tropical places and dive while enjoying the ocean and all the beauty that it has to offer. I love all animals and own a dog and a cat. I would really love to work with sea turtles, whales, and other lovely sea creatures one day. I am a big believer in having a job that makes you happy and that you can be passionate about, and that is why I have chosen the path that I have chosen. I also enjoy the outdoors, cooking, gardening, painting, photography, and spending quality time with my husband and family.
