Education

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas School of Law.

Experience

I have ten years of experience teaching for a test prep company. My expertise includes: MCAT, SAT, and LSAT. I am an expert test taker who scored in the 99th percentile on the LSAT. I also taught Business Law and Ethics last fall at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and I lectured on Academic Success for Law Preview at the Duke University School of Law and the University of Minnesota Law School. I currently teach Organ Physiology at Southwestern University. I hate boring teachers! I subscribe to a philosophy of deep learning as opposed to superficial memorization. I am enthusiastic about teaching, and I believe that my role as a tutor involves motivating my students in addition to educating them. I employ creative analogies to help my students grasp difficult concepts. I show my students how to diagram and visualize complicated relationships. My techniques are innovative, and I tailor my approach to each individual student.
